Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Participation
- Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
- Participants under 13 must be accompanied by a PAID parent or guardian
- Participants under the age of 5 do not need a paid ticket to enter. (Limit 1 child under 5, per one paid adult over 18)
- Children must be supervised at ALL times. Staff members are not able to supervise children or accompany them into the game as they are needed behind the scenes to run the game.
- All participants must follow staff instructions and posted rules at all times.
2. Health, Safety & Physical Conditions
- The Experience may involve dim lighting, loud sounds, confined spaces, or mild physical activity.
- Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
- If you have medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, claustrophobia, epilepsy, anxiety, or mobility limitations), you participate at your own risk. Please inform staff of any medical concerns before game begins.
- Inform staff immediately if you feel unwell or wish to exit. Emergency exits are available at all times.
3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
- You understand and accept that participation involves inherent risks.
- A liability waiver must be completed prior to participating in the Experience.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Damage to Property
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or failure to follow instructions.
- The Company may charge participants for repair or replacement costs.
- The Company reserves the right to contact Guests if property goes missing during the time that Guests were present.
5. Personal Belongings
- Personal items brought into the Experience are done so at your own risk.
- The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
6. Booking, Payments & Refunds
- A deposit of the cost of one ticket is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and can be transferred as a customer credit to be used at a later date upon request, if booking is needed to be cancelled by Player. (This deposit will also be used as a no-call/no-show fee.)
- Customer credit refund request can only be made before original booked time. Once your original time has passed, no changes can be made.
- Remainder of payment will be collected in store upon completion of the Experience and can be split as needed to accommodate multiple payment methods.
- Rescheduling is available at any time before original booking time. Once your original time has passed, no changes can be made. Please call or email our staff if booking is needed to be rescheduled.
7. Late Arrivals
- A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all late arrivals.
- After this grace period is over, your game timer will begin with or without your entire party.
- Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and to notify staff of any late arrivals.
- Our staff will do their best to accommodate late arrivals, however, it is not always guaranteed.
8. Cancellations by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Experiences due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.
- In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered at our discretion.
9. Inappropriate Behavior, Intoxication & Substance Use
- Participants must not:
- Use excessive force on props or structures
- Tamper with electrical systems, cameras, or emergency equipment
- Bring weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol
- Record or disclose puzzles, solutions, or trade secrets
- Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threats, sexual misconduct, or unwanted physical contact toward staff or other participants, will not be tolerated.
- Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or misused prescription medication during the Experience.
- The Company reserves the right to deny entry or immediately remove any participant suspected of intoxication or substance use, or engaging in inappropriate behavior, at its sole discretion.
- No refunds will be issued to participants removed or denied entry for violations of this section.
- Law enforcement may be contacted if behavior violates local, state, or federal law.
10. Photography & Media Release
- With your consent, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
- We encourage photos or videos of the game room(s), however recording, photographing, or sharing solutions without permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected is used for booking and operational purposes.
- We will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable regulations of Osceola County, Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our premises or website and will apply to future bookings.
14. Acceptance
By booking an experience with EDGE Escape, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
