To reserve your party, please submit request online, at least 7 days in advance BIRTHDAY PARTY REQUEST.
Base package will include the event space and game for 6 players and 1 in-game parental supervisor. If you plan to invite more players, but are not certain how many will RSVP, we recommend paying for the minimum number as we can add on more to your reservation, but we cannot subtract. No refunds will be given.
We ask that you as the host arrive 10-15 minutes before the selected time, and that your guests arrive by the selected time.
If you are unfamiliar with our games, feel free to explore the themes and difficulty levels of each game in the ROOMS tab on our website.
Each game can hold up to 8 children plus 1 supervising adult. For groups ages 13 and under, we do require an adult to be in the room. If you plan to have more than 8, we can split the group into multiple rooms. We can have those games starting at the same time.
The event space is available to use for cake, food, presents, etc. and you are welcome to occupy for up to an hour after the game ends. The event space will be set up in the last room of our Wonderland game. You are welcome to bring some decorations, such as a small banner and/or a few balloons, however, if you plan on playing the Wonderland game, you will only have 10 minutes after the game, while the staff sets up the tables and chairs to set up your decorations, so please plan accordingly.
We can help with catering for an additional charge, or you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and cake. (Please be advised that we do not have a cooler to store any food while the kids are playing the game.)
