Q: What is an escape room?
A: An amazing and exciting experience. You are placed inside a room and have 60 minutes to solve various puzzles hidden throughout. It’s a hectic, fun and challenging dash as you and up to nine other players work together to escape before the time runs out.
Q: Will there be strangers in the room with us?
A: No, all of our rooms are completely private experiences. It will just be you and your party in the game room.
Q: Am I actually locked in a room?
A: No. The entrance you come in will never be locked and participants are free to leave at any time for any reason. Comfort and safety is our priority.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation online or can we just walk in?
A: Reservations are highly recommended. You can attempt to walk in but we can not guarantee we’ll have an open room for you. Making a reservation is the only way to make sure that the room you want at the time you want is available and properly staffed. Walk ins are accepted until one hour before closing, however this is subject to change, based on availability. Please check out the “Book Now” tab to see the most accurate up to date availability.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Cost is tier based on the number of participants. Avg cost is $39.50 per person plus tax for groups of 3 or more and $44.50 per person plus tax for groups of 2.
Q: How do I pay?
A: All payments are made online through the “Book Now” tab on our website. A deposit of the cost of one ticket ($43.61) is required to hold your spot, then pay the rest when you arrive. (Please note: this deposit is non-refundable)
Q: Can I bring more than 8 people for my reservation?
A: The rooms are designed for up to 8 people. We can work with you if up to 10 is a must, but it isn’t recommended, and we’d suggest breaking up the group into 2 rooms. The rooms would be tight, especially if they are all adults. Also with a few more eyes, ears, and brains added to the mix you may accomplish the room quicker than we have designed. Cost is still per person and participants 9 and 10 would still have to pay full admission price.
Q: Is there an age minimum?
A: Children of all ages are welcome to join us, however please keep in mind that while none of our rooms are scary or inappropriate, the puzzles are not designed specifically for children. Children ages 5 and under do not need a paid ticket to participate.
Q: Do I need to accompany my children?
A: Children under the age of 16 must have an adult accompany them in the game. If children are 13 or under, a paid ticket will be required for the accompanying adult. Our game masters will NOT be able to accompany your children for you, as they are needed to be behind the scenes to run the game.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel?
A: We allow rescheduling at any time. Just give us a call and let our game masters know when you would like to reschedule for. We do NOT give out full refunds. The booking deposit is non-refundable and will act as a cancellation fee if you need to cancel your reservation. This will also act as a no-call/no-show fee.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We offer a military discount, as well as a Disney cast member or Universal team member discount. In order to use one of these discounts, you must make your reservation in person and show the game master your ID. These discounts are NOT able to be given out over the phone or via email as we must be able to verify the ID before approving the discount.
We also offer seasonal discounts for certain holidays and events, so check our social media pages or subscribe to our email list for updates about when those are active.
Q: Can I use a vape pen in the room?
A: Any kind of electronic cigarette or vape pen is not permitted to be used while inside our premises. This is for the safety of our guests and employees.
